COORDINATOR – TRAINING & SUPERVISION
Part time position
Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter is seeking a qualified trainer who is able to implement and monitor National standards whilst recruiting, supporting and encouraging our volunteer workforce. The successful person will be methodical and able to work under supervision and unsupervised. TAE qualifications, a NSW driver’s licence, fully ensured road worthy vehicle, travel and work flexibility, are essential. Trainer level qualifications in Telephone Crisis Support, Mental Health First Aid, Livingworks ASIST and safeTALK and/or tertiary qualifications are an advantage. This is a part time position, 30.4 hours per week, with permanency after three months subject to KPIs being met. Remuneration: Modern Award, SCHADS Level 4.
