ResCo Mind Your Mates is a program that offers resources and workshops tailored to the needs of the mining industry.

The program, developed by Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter and supported by ResCo Services, introduces the concept of ‘caring enough to ask’ when concerned for a fellow worker.

Participants learn to recognise the signs of depression and suicidality, how to approach a mate and what to do when suspicions are confirmed.
